How much does it cost?
Producer is $99 a month and Business is $249 a month, with 2 months free when you pay yearly. Freelancers and contractors use it free. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Plans and pricing
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your projects lock until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and everything unlocks as soon as you subscribe. Your free trial
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open app.myproducer.io in your phone's browser. Projects, contacts, checks, offers, messages, jobs and your team all work there. Using myproducer on your phone
What's the difference between an availability check, a hold and an offer?
A check asks if someone's free. A hold asks them to keep the dates while you confirm. An offer is the actual booking, with rate and dates; once they accept, they're hired. What each status means
Does myproducer follow up for me?
Yes, if you choose Auto reminder times when you send a check. Anyone who hasn't answered gets a reminder at those times, and reminders stop once they answer. Automatic reminders
Can I import my contacts?
Yes, from Google Contacts or a CSV spreadsheet. Import contacts
Can I run payroll or pay people through myproducer?
No. myproducer keeps track of what you agreed (rates, dates and expenses), and you can export everyone you hired to pay them however you do today.
Can I find work through myproducer.io?
It isn't a job board, but producers share job links and send checks and offers through it. A free profile helps the people who hire you see your work. Your free profile
How do I cancel?
Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your teammates' seats end with your plan. Manage billing
Is my information safe?
Your notes are only visible to you and your teammates, and the people you hire only see what you send them. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. See our privacy policy.
