Import contacts from Google or a spreadsheet

Bring in your Google contacts, or upload a CSV file with names and emails.

Go to Contacts → Import and choose where your contacts are.

From Google Contacts

  1. Choose Google Contacts and sign in to Google when asked.
  2. myproducer lists your saved contacts and "other contacts" that have an email address.
  3. Tick the people you want and import them.

From a spreadsheet (CSV)

  1. Save your list as a CSV file (in Excel or Numbers use File → Save As / Export → CSV; in Google Sheets use File → Download → Comma-separated values).
  2. Put first name, last name and email in the first three columns, or label your columns First name, Last name and Email in a header row (other columns are then ignored).
  3. Choose Spreadsheet and pick the file. Everyone in it is added right away.

Heads up: Upload a .csv file, not an Excel (.xlsx) file.

Headers from a Google Contacts export ("Given Name", "Family Name", "E-mail 1 - Value") work too.

People who are already in your contacts are skipped, and nobody gets an email when you import them.
