What each status means
Every status you'll see next to a person on a project, from Checking Availability to Hired.
Each person on a role moves through Availability → Hold (optional) → Offer → Hired. Their page shows where they are.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Checking Availability | You've sent a check; they haven't answered yet |
| Available | They can do your dates |
| Limited Availability | They can do some of the dates |
| Unavailable | They can't do it |
| On Hold | They're holding your dates |
| Pending | You've sent an offer; waiting for an answer |
| Declined | They turned down your offer |
| Hired | They accepted your offer |
