Your free trial, and what happens when it ends
14 days of everything, no card needed. After that, your projects lock until you choose a plan.
Your 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. During the trial you can create projects, send checks, holds and offers, and add up to 3 teammates for free.
You'll get an email a few days before your trial ends, and a banner in the app shows how many days are left.
Choosing a plan during the trial
You can choose a plan any time. If you do it during your trial, you aren't charged until the trial ends (unless it's in its last two days). Plans and pricing
When the trial ends without a plan
- Your projects are locked. Opening one shows This project is locked, with Upgrade and Back to projects.
- You can't create new projects or change roles.
- Teammates added during the trial lose access. They show faded on your projects until you choose a plan and add them back.
- Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan and everything unlocks, right where you left it.
You can still do everything on the Free plan: answer checks and offers, and post jobs.
Tip: Answers to checks you've already sent still come in, so people aren't left hanging.
