Budget committed and exporting hires

See what you've committed to each project, and download everyone you've hired as a spreadsheet.

Budget committed

Each project shows the budget committed: the total of every accepted offer, including expenses. Offers that are still pending or were declined don't count.

If you revise an offer someone already accepted, it stops counting until they accept the new version.

Export

On the project page choose Export to download a spreadsheet (CSV) of everyone who accepted an offer, with:

• Role, first and last name and email
• Rate total, expenses total and overall total
• Expense details
• Whether the role is archived

Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or send it to whoever runs payroll.
