Keep private notes on contacts

Write notes about the people you hire. Only you and your teammates can see them.

Notes are for things like "great with clients, prefers Avid" or "hired for the Sony shoot, came in under budget."

Add a note

1. In Contacts, choose the person to open their panel.
2. Under Notes, write your note.
3. Optionally pick the project it's about, then save.

Notes show the author and date. People with notes have a small note icon next to their name in your contact list.

Who sees notes

• You and your teammates can read them.
• The person never sees them.
• Only the person who wrote a note can edit or delete it.
